Who we are
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Partner Development Manager to drive revenue growth by owning and executing a co-selling motion with our agency partners. This is a quota-carrying role that goes beyond traditional partner management—it requires direct sales execution, including running discovery calls, conducting demos, and leading pricing and negotiations.
In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of 20-30 high-value partners while also identifying and onboarding new up-market partners. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and partners to create a seamless, unified buying experience for customers, driving multi-product sales across SMS, Email, and AI solutions.
Success in this role will require a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of enterprise-grade, multi-product sales, and experience competing against established incumbents in the MarTech space.
