About the Role:
The IT Identity and Access Management team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Intern to join the team.
What You’ll Do:
Work on report generation, identification work in the user identity space, Workday data and Active Directory data parity.
Complete projects in support of critical IT roadmap initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze their requirements
Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve work-life quality for supporting IT teams
Collaborate with internal teams and work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.
What You'll Need:
Current student pursuing a bachelors or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience. Graduating between December 2025 to August 2026.
Working with internal customers to gather requirements
Excel Skills including lookup functions and data validation
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiar with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Positive attitude ready to tackle challenges
Brings a customer service mindset to the IT organization
Bonus Points:
Microsoft PowerShell scripting, python and/or GoLang experience, Microsoft Active Directory experience and some basic Linux experience are a big plus.
Experience calling APIs is a big plus
