About the role:
As an Executive Assistant at Samsara, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executives in our R&D (Research and Development) organization. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico.

In this role, you will:
- Manage multiple executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, anticipate and resolve conflicts
- Prepare for meetings including gathering documents, preparing agendas, and coordinating video conferencing
- Act as a point of contact between your executive and other stakeholders
- Coordinate end to end travel itineraries including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and other details as needed
- Manage executives’ corporate credit card reconciliation and expense reports in compliance with company policies
- Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Level C1 English proficiency or higher with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Documents, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and direction
- Ability to self-manage remotely and prioritize a high volume of tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- High level of professionalism and integrity
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience working at a scaling technology company or large global organization
- Experience working with an R&D, Engineering, Product, or other technical team
- Experience with Slack, Zoom, Expensify, Workday, and Concur
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
