What will you do
In this role you will be a key part of the team and responsible for Palm's web development and design initiatives, serving as the technical specialist directly responsible for executing & crafting web, email and rapid landing pages as well and implementing & managing testing tools. You will be a key cross-functional collaborator working with both GTM and Engineering teams.
You are directly responsible for:
- Lead development of Palm's website using Webflow, focusing on performance and SEO
- Create and maintain responsive email templates in Customer.io that drive engagement
- Implement Palm's design system consistently across all digital properties
- Craft & design ux/ui solutions for GTM & product marketing
- Assist in conversion optimization through A/B testing implementation and tooling
- Establish and monitor analytics tooling tracking across all touchpoints
- Build and maintain React components for Palm's platform
- Use best design practices within Palm’s style guidelines

About You
- You have 5+ years of frontend development experience with proven design capabilities
- You have advanced-level React.js experience including hooks, context API, and state management
- You have strong experience with Webflow and modern web development practices
- You are proficient in implementing and analyzing A/B tests and analytics
- You have a deep understanding of technical SEO and performance optimization
- You are a data-driven decision maker who excels at solving complex technical challenges
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating both development and design work
