Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator
Location: Hybrid, Birmingham, MI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $22 -$27 per hour (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator (TACO) is a critical team member as you will play a key role supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. You will be responsible for providing global operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. The TACO plays an integral part in the candidate process and experience by sourcing, scheduling interviews, facilitating offer letters, coordinating all pre-employment screening process as well as maintaining records in accordance with policies and procedures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation of global candidate offer letters and ensure candidates complete all recruitment-related forms.
- Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring teams and recruiters, prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in overall work product and attention to detail.
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and manage candidate expense reimbursements.
- Support Talent Acquisition team with maintaining data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (updating statuses, communications to candidates, reports, etc.).
- Assist in sourcing via LinkedIn and other sites and independently review resumes; conduct preliminary screenings thereby deciding if applicants are qualified.
- Collaborating with designated People Operations team member(s) to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from the pre-employment phase to onboarding, addressing any changes to the candidate’s employment (i.e.: start date change).
- Handle daily global TA administrative duties including updating and maintaining records in data sources and monthly/ad-hoc reporting.
- Assist with different programming to support the overall Talent Acquisition team, i.e., internship and university programming, etc. such as, logistics for career fairs, school postings, and university relations.
- Support ad hoc projects identified by the Talent Acquisition operations team.
- Posts and maintain openings on both internal and external career sites, campus sites and other platforms.
- Creating and updating reports on recruiting efforts as needed.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is a definite asset or an equivalent of two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 0-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Administration or related field preferably in customer services.
- 0-2 years’ of experience in sourcing or screening active and passive candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and follow up skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of hires

Travel
- Up to 10% of travel is required for this position.
