Responsibilities- Take complete ownership of end-to-end product focus areas, ensuring strong execution while keeping users’ needs at the forefront.
- Deeply understand core business challenges and transform them into meaningful, actionable features that truly impact users, leveraging cutting-edge AI and NLP techniques.
- Thoughtfully prioritize high-impact features to maximize value, with a specific focus on integrating LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and ML observability.
- Leverage market and competitor insights to craft a product strategy that not only differentiates but also genuinely serves customers—particularly in the realm of conversational AI and generative ML applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams—ensuring alignment and championing customer needs in contact center and AI-driven solutions.
- Create clear, insightful product briefs, roadmaps, and user stories to guide seamless development and rollout, especially for products that involve LLM/NLP capabilities.
- Partner with the UX team to design intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences that harness natural language interfaces and generative AI.
- Work hand-in-hand with Engineering to remove roadblocks, streamline execution, and bring the product vision to life, including robust monitoring and observability for AI models in production.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to guide research initiatives, shape model development priorities, and ensure rapid translation of prototypes into scalable product features that address real-world customer needs.
- Adapt swiftly to changing priorities, balancing business impact with customer expectations and evolving market conditions—particularly as the AI/ML landscape advances rapidly.
- Foster open knowledge-sharing and alignment across teams, ensuring everyone feels connected to the product vision and empowered to contribute in our agile, fast-paced environment.
Requirement- Engineering degree with 5+ years of progressive product management experience; an MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a plus.
- Experience working in a startup with small teams is a must, in a role focused on independent decision-making and driving impactful AI/ML initiatives.
- Proven success in delivering AI/ML-driven SaaS products with measurable business impact, managing multiple initiatives, and making data-driven decisions for tangible results. Familiarity with LLMs, prompt management, and NLP techniques is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Data Science teams, effectively bridging research efforts and commercial product requirements to accelerate development and ensure innovation directly translates into customer value.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to clearly explain complex ideas, both in writing and speech—particularly around AI observability, model performance, and data pipelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with customer service/contact center platforms is a plus, especially if involving AI-driven automation or virtual agents.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Lean Startup methodologies, with experience in rapid prototyping environments—ensuring quick iterations and continuous improvement of AI-enabled products.
