The Role:
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a joint solution with a strategic technology partner in the CRM market. This role will focus on building distinctive products that create unique value for customers by merging the strengths of Genesys Cloud and the partner’s CRM platform—enriching customer experiences, enhancing employee experiences, and uncovering insights that unlock world-class performance. A successful candidate will rapidly grow usage, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Will Bring:
You have a firm grasp of product management, demonstrated success in a similar role, are comfortable in complex environments, and thrive in opportunities of strategic importance. Key attributes include:
Demonstrated experience bringing successful products to market
Knowledge of the CX and CRM markets
Proven ability to deliver in complex, cross-functional environments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure
Technical expertise with modern cloud technologies
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with leading CRM vendors (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) to gain a deep understanding of their product portfolios, evolving customer needs, and ecosystems in order to identify key use cases and develop a vision and product roadmap for Genesys integrations and embeddable experiences.
Drive the product roadmap by managing product operations and working with cross-functional teams—including development and quality engineering—to define, prioritize, schedule, and deliver features to market.
Partner with Marketing teams to support go-to-market planning, execution, messaging, and positioning of CRM integrations and supported use cases.
Participate in business development and specific sales opportunities (e.g., customer demos, roadmap alignment meetings, marketing events).
Collaborate across the organization—including Engineering, Design, Technical Program Management, Delivery, Support, Customer Success, and Product Marketing—to orchestrate successful product outcomes.
