The Marketing Manager, EMEA will play a key role in the execution of our EMEA Marketing strategy. You will be part of a team responsible for increasing awareness of the 1Password brand, generating demand, and converting that demand into pipeline and revenue.
You will be part of the EMEA Marketing Team working closely with other Marketing functions including product marketing, public relations, analyst relations, digital specialists, and field marketers.
As part of the role, you’ll support the creation and analysis of the full EMEA marketing funnel, event presence, promotional activities, customer success motions, customer journeys, seller enablement, partner enablement, and more.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong project management skills, a knack for building relationships across teams and will approach everything with a strategic mindset. The candidate has a demonstrated passion for digital marketing which includes: creating promotional plans, optimizing the customer journeys, and more. In this role, you’ll be able to influence both high-level strategy and see those plans through to execution.

What we're looking for:- 4 years in a marketing role or related with a preference for experience in a SaaS business serving the cyber security industry.
- Ability to create compelling strategies, execute on ideas, measure results, and communicate clearly across all levels in the company including executives, sales leadership, sales reps, and product teams.
- You are a detail oriented, creative thinker, who enjoys problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to break down complex concepts into easily digestible terms for a variety of audiences.
- Passion for omnichannel marketing, including experience in optimizing activities across social, email, web and other digital channels.
- Proven project management skills.
- Proven track record of executing lead generating digital programs and measuring their effectiveness.
- Experience with content marketing in a B2B environment.
- Leverage market data to make recommendations that drive measurable results on revenue.
- Interest in managing launches and projects across a distributed global team.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluent in either German or French is a plus but not a requirement.
What you can expect:- Own execution of integrated marketing programs across EMEA, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline creation.
- Collaborate with digital, content, and field teams to deliver high-impact campaigns tailored to regional audiences.
- Lead execution of regional events, trade shows, and webinars — from planning through onsite logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Drive testing and optimization across campaigns to improve performance and scale repeatable plays.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional sales teams to align on target segments, messaging, and goals.
- Help shape the customer journey in EMEA through content localization, channel-specific strategies, and journey mapping.
- Provide campaign performance insights and partner with analytics to ensure data-driven decisions.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
