Our ideal Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be able to successfully partner with leadership, establish relationships with hard to find and in-demand candidates, ensure diverse candidate pool pipelines and actively source, all while providing an outstanding candidate experience. This person will be a key contributor in helping us meet company goals.
This role will report to our Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and work closely with our Regional VP of Engineering in Romania.
- Support attraction / pipelining strategies, building scale for future roles with a focus on building inclusive pipelines through proactive sourcing.
- Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (HR, Finance, Procurement etc.).
- Identify and attract highly skilled candidates that match the organization's needs and the job requirements using creative sourcing techniques.
- Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in Romania.
- Accurately parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes and perform screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities.
- Consistently gather relevant metrics to improve recruiting activities and effectiveness, focusing on pipeline and sourcing data, candidate experience, and employee satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Commit to creating an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Support new hires’ transition from candidates to employees by shaping their onboarding experience and company culture for our Romania center.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably with emphasis in technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting diverse SaaS roles such as, Go-to-Market, Enablement, Customer Experience, G&A, Product and Engineering
- Preferably a blend of recruiting experience both in-house and agency I
- Interest and background in HRBP duties is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite ATS and similar recruiting tools preferred
Your Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Outstanding networking and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirement
- Proven organizer with an understanding of the big picture while fearlessly prioritizing to achieve your goals
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects/tasks assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities across the team
- Experience in human resources, onboarding, and employer branding is a plus
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is 137.100-257,100 RON exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
