About the Role:
As an Account Executive II, you’ll focus on delivering product demos and closing new business with law firms. You’ll be supported by a dedicated BDR team responsible for booking your demo appointments. You’ll leverage your experience to build relationships, understand client needs, and drive new business. This is a great opportunity for a proven salesperson ready to grow within a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Accurately track activities and pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
- Share insights and contribute to team best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or tech solutions preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
- Self-motivated, organized, and coachable.
