Description We’re currently looking for a Backup Care Babysitter for an Infant (95037) A family in Morgan Hill is seeking a loving and experienced backup care provider for their 6-month-old daughter. The primary need is for summer coverage during working hours while the mother works from home. Occasional care for a 4-year-old sibling may also be required when her school is closed.
Schedule: Start Date: June 2025 Length of Position: September 2025
Days/Times: Tuesdays–Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM when needed Rate: $20–$30/hr 1 child: 6-month-old daughter Occasional care for 4-year-old sibling Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care to their 6 month old daughter, while mom works from home Diapering and maintaining hygiene Putting baby down for afternoon naps Introducing solids and assisting with feedings Engaging baby in age-appropriate entertainment and walks Light housekeeping related to child(ren)- dishes, laundry, play areas, etc. Occasional care for 4-year-old if needed Requirements 2+ years of experience with infants CPR certified or willing to become certified Able to pass background and social media check 2 paid care-related references required Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation + Benefits This position pays $20–$30/hour, depending on experience. The family is seeking a back up care provider during the summer months, Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8am to 1pm. There are no guaranteed weekly hours with this position.
