We are looking for an experienced Web Designer/Developer specializing in Webflow to join our brand creative team. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript, a keen eye for modern design aesthetics, a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, and proven expertise in developing responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and launch visually compelling web pages using Webflow.
Be capable of taking complex design requirements and incorporating motion and scroll triggers inside of Webflow to build engaging product pages. A strong knowledge of front-end JS and CSS will be needed.
Update and maintain the Webflow CMS allowing marketing teams to create landing pages and publish content
Create and update documentation about Webflow CMS to allow easy onboarding for new marketers
Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Identify issues and optimize Webflow for speed, usability, and accessibility across various devices and browsers.
Regularly update and maintain existing web pages, including content updates, design improvements, and technical troubleshooting.
Build and maintain a web design system ensuring consistency and scalability
Stay informed about the latest Webflow features, web technologies and trends in web design to proactively suggest enhancements.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven portfolio demonstrating Webflow projects, responsive design, and visual design skills.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong proficiency in managing Webflow CMS
Familiarity with Figma
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and responsive design principles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Preferred (nice-to-have) qualifications:
Advanced transitions and animations using native webflow interactions or custom javascript
Design systems thinking related to website scalability
Experience integrating Webflow websites with third-party tools APIs, forms and services (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
Experience writing documentation on how to use tools such as Webflow for internal teams
Experience working with marketing teams and understanding digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with animation tools such as Lottie or Rive
