🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- 📚 Provide personalized academic & career counselling
- 🗣️ Address queries on courses, eligibility, fees, and scholarships
- 📞 Handle inbound/outbound calls and convert leads into enrollments
- 🎯 Achieve monthly targets with confidence and consistency
- 🧾 Maintain clear communication with students and parents
- 🔍 Stay up to date on educational trends & competitive programs
- 💻 Keep accurate records in CRM and manage student databases
- 👥 Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 🎓 UG/PG in Education, Psychology, or relevant fields
- 💼 6 months–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or career guidance
- 🖥️ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred)
- 🗣️ Fluent in English & Hindi
- 💬 Excellent interpersonal, communication & persuasion skills
- 🗓️ Flexible to work 6 days/week (rotational weekly off)
