About the Role
Zest AI is hiring an Executive Business Partner to support our CEO and executive team. This high-impact role is based in Burbank, CA (or supports leaders primarily based there) and is ideal for someone with a strong track record of supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
You’ll be a trusted partner, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, planning high-level meetings and events, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, calm under pressure, and excels at anticipating needs before they arise.

Responsibilities:
- Seamless administrative support to CEO and leadership team
- Management of calendaring, meeting planning, and scheduling, requiring internal and external coordination
- Management and submission of expense reports
- Organization of team meetings and additional internal and external events as required
- Tracking and driving completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items
- Friendly, flexible, and efficient coordination with all teams
- Social and diplomatic handling of external partners and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- Administrative and events support
- Effective communication (oral and written)
- Assistance in researching various issues to support the leadership team
- Occasional travel to support conferences as necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing executive support at a senior level
- Experience with Google suite office programs
- Experience with supporting a CEO or senior executive
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining a commitment to deadlines
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
- Ability to handle administrative details independently while keeping stakeholders appropriately informed or engaged
- Strong business acumen and propensity to take initiative, with the ability to identify gaps and implement improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
