About the Role:
Glean is seeking an experienced product marketer who’s passionate about securing AI agents in the enterprise. This is a unique and innovative role—one that helps define what security looks like in the age of agents. It blends the best practices of enterprise B2B security with the emerging challenges of securing non-deterministic AI systems.
We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of the security landscape and a strong interest in applying that expertise to AI. You’ll help educate the market on how to secure AI agents, by developing messaging that resonates, technical best practice guides, and thought leadership content.
You will:
- Research and analyze the evolving security landscape for AI agents—combining insights from emerging security research, market intelligence, and customer needs—and translate those findings into actionable guidance to inform the product roadmap and marketing launches.
- Partner with product, sales, and security engineering to define clear messaging and technical best practices for securing AI agents in the enterprise. Help hone and amplify our point of view on AI security—taking a thought leadership stance that challenges conventional thinking and drives new conversations with security and IT leaders.
- Lead product launches that position Glean as the category leader in Work AI, making security a key category pillar. Use launches to showcase our product innovation and help enterprises understand what it takes to confidently adopt agents at scale, deepening engagement with existing customers and attracting new qualified leads.
- Expand Glean’s leadership in the security landscape by developing in-house security products and partnering with top players through our open security and governance program. Shape the strategy for balancing what we build ourselves with what we deliver through partners to strengthen and extend our offering.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in security marketing, technical marketing, product marketing, product management, or solution engineering within the AI, data, security, or search space.
- Action-oriented self-starter with a love of making people and companies more effective with AI, an eagerness to learn the ins and outs of how a product works, and a growth mindset driving you to roll up your sleeves to make things happen
- Passionate about Glean's mission and product and representing our customers’ needs
- A strong understanding of how LLMs and AI work and a clear mental model of their risk profile to protect enterprises.
- Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts and creating clear, compelling technical assets.
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical teams, adapting your approach to each audience.
- Can extract key engineering innovations and shape them into impactful messaging for technical audiences.
