We're looking for a Senior Creative Producer & Operations Strategist to join our growing video team. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic, operational, and logistical backbone of our video production efforts—streamlining workflows, resourcing creative talent, and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality content at scale. You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity and process, ensuring that everything from pre-production to post is tightly coordinated, efficient, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Strategic Partnership
Support the development and implementation of a global brand video strategy alongside leadership.
Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders across departments—helping teams think through creative needs, anticipate production requirements, and stay aligned on deliverables.
Serve as the first point of contact for video production requests—scoping, prioritizing, and routing them effectively.
From kickoff through final delivery, provide hands-on production support and keep all parties informed with clear and timely updates.
Continuously evaluate and improve cross-functional workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to make our processes more scalable and effective.
Creative Resourcing
Lead creative project planning and resourcing across the organization, aligning video efforts with broader company initiatives.
Manage external partners—such as agencies, freelancers, and contractors—from initial outreach and onboarding to tracking time and processing payments.
Source and coordinate a wide range of creative collaborators, including shoot crews, editors, motion designers, VO talent, and audio professionals.
Collaborate with external agencies, ensuring they’re well-briefed, well-supported, and delivering high-quality work.
Video Production
Lead end-to-end field shoot logistics, including scheduling, gear coordination, insurance (COIs), and shipping.
Direct and manage shoots on production days, ensuring a smooth handoff to post-production.
Collaborate closely with creatives and editors, supporting both production and post workflows with strong technical fluency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Riverside, Frame.io, Asana, and Figma.
Assist with scripting, storyboarding, and managing voiceover sessions.
Operations
Manage video production budgets—drafting SOWs, processing purchase orders, and reconciling expenses in Workday while maintaining up-to-date tracking documents.
Document and evolve operational processes, helping the team work smarter and scale support across regions and agency partners.
Collaborate with IT and Facilities to manage infrastructure needs (e.g., studio setups, office displays, and streaming systems).
Oversee the tools and systems that power our work, ensuring both production and post-production software and equipment are current, functional, and optimized for team use.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in video production, creative operations, or a related role
Strong understanding of video workflows, from pre-production to post
Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies
Familiarity with production tools (e.g., Riverside, Frame.io), project management platforms (e.g., Asana), and Adobe Creative Suite
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Comfortable balancing creativity with process and logistics
