We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Technology (ET) Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic ET team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the stability and growth of our global ET systems. You will be responsible for the hands-on deployment of IT infrastructure for new and existing offices, managing the lifecycle of ET equipment, and providing essential support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills in ET hardware, networking, and asset management, who thrives in a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Infrastructure & Project Support:
Support the deployment of new ET systems and infrastructure, assisting with the build-out of new office locations.
Coordinate the installation and maintenance of low-voltage data cabling and other ET infrastructure components.
Participate in the refresh and upgrade of existing ET/AV infrastructure, ensuring technology is up-to-date and functional according to company standards.
Collaborate with the ET network, AV, and GCS teams to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor the performance of ET systems and infrastructure, identifying and escalating risks or issues.
Procurement & Asset Management:
Manage the ordering, receiving, and procurement process for ET peripherals and equipment, including computers, printers, and network hardware.
Maintain and configure Bill of Materials (BOMs) for ET kits and projects.
Assist in managing the company's ET asset inventory, including the accurate tracking of hardware and software licenses from deployment to disposal.
Follow and help maintain established policies and procedures for ET asset management.
Vendor & Operations Support:
Serve as a point of contact for and maintain positive relationships with ET vendors, manufacturers, and internet service providers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ET department by identifying opportunities for process efficiency and adhering to established SLAs.
Assist in maintaining the team's support playbook and operational documentation.
Provide reliable, ongoing ET infrastructure support and maintenance for all company offices.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all assigned tasks and procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy laws.
Track and document project deliverables and individual performance against established metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years of experience in an ET support, systems administration, or infrastructure role.
Hands-on experience with ET infrastructure deployment projects, such as office setups or technology refreshes.
Familiarity with low-voltage data cabling, network hardware, AV equipment, and general ET components.
Experience with ET procurement processes and inventory/asset management.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional technical projects.
