We are seeking an outstanding Associate Ads Support Specialist to join our growing Monetization Policy Enforcement Operations team at Spotify for the next six months, with possible extension. This individual will support our day-to-day policy enforcement operations, including handling ads related escalations, providing feedback to Sales on potential campaigns, handling urgent escalations, and maintaining a strong feedback loop among key cross-functional team members in order to help ensure Spotify is a safe and positive experience for everyone!

What You'll Do- Triage and handle high profile and/or time-sensitive escalations, including communication with internal and external partners.
- Handle cases in queues daily to ensure we are meeting campaign deadlines.
- Conduct objective and timely investigations into reported or questionable content to ensure compliance with Spotify’s Ads and Monetization policies.
- Help develop ads operations strategy, especially around internal knowledge management and education for Sales, Reseller, and other operations teams.
- Work closely with key cross-functional team members (i.e., Ads Leadership, Ads Business Ops, Policy, etc.) to improve escalation processes, enforcement workflows, and tooling.
- Support vendor and operations teams through enforcement guidance and training.
- This role may require some weekend or holiday coverage on an on-call basis (based on potential press cycles, internal / external ads escalations, etc.).
Who You Are- Experience in an operations role supporting advertisement and monetization ops, brand safety, content moderation, and online safety issues.
- Experience driving urgent and high-priority cases through process to resolution. Able to handle high stress situations and communicate effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to navigate complex issues and passionate about helping Spotify users and creators.
- Excellent communication skills; experience representing your team on escalations and able to synthesize complex information for all audiences.
- Passionate about building a safe space for our users and creators; has a strong. understanding of the online safety landscape, especially issues related to brand safety and advertising.
- Great teammate with the ability to operate autonomously as well as a fast-learner who thrives in a fast paced, high impact environment. Proactive to take on escalations and help teammates during urgent situations.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working with sensitive and disturbing content.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a strong plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, and AI tools are a plus.
Where You'll Be- This role is based in Singapore.
