We’re looking for a passionate German-speaking Professional Services Consultant (f/m/x) to join our team! You’ll focus on project-based work across various accounts, becoming an expert on the Adverity platform. If you have a digital marketing background and enjoy simplifying complex customer needs, then this is an ideal position for you!
This is a full-time hybrid role based at our headquarters in Vienna office, where we’d love to see you 1–2 times per week.
Some of the things you’ll work on:
- Act as a trusted point of contact for the customer on all solution-related issues and product features.
- Provide deployment advisory services, including development of best practices, recommendations and configurations.
- Take a consultative approach and provide insight to customers to ensure they get the most out of the platform, with the goal of growing our customer base and increasing adoption and retention.
- Measure customer engagement with the company and provide feedback to other teams on product and service improvements.
- Support our Account Management team with upselling opportunities through technical product demonstrations.
- Be part of our growing Professional Services team and contribute to our strong team culture in regular sharing sessions.
We’re excited if you have:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience - ideally in a SaaS environment or in a media agency.
- Proven experience with upselling, customer training, and client development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing scale-up environment and wearing multiple hats.
- Strong IT affinity, analytical and problem solving mindset.
- Soft Skills: A customer-focused team player with excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Empathetic and positive attitude with a passion for helping clients succeed. Fluent in both English and German.
