About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of product marketing at Cynomi. You will define our messaging and positioning, lead go to market plans and product launches, support sales and partners with the right tools, and contribute to our content strategy. You will work closely with Product, Sales and Partnerships, while bringing a deep understanding of the cybersecurity and MSP space. Key Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing plans and activities
- Develop product messaging, positioning, and value differentiation
- Establish and implement standardized processes and frameworks to ensure consistency across messaging, positioning, launches, and enablement for sales and partners
- Support sales enablement and partner enablement efforts by creating materials, tools and training to help deals move faster and drive expansion
- Oversee product launches, from planning through execution
- Lead intelligence efforts including competitive analysis, market research and working with analysts
- Develop thought leadership and educational content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Partner Enablement
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in product marketing in B2B cybersecurity (preferably SaaS)
- 2+ years' experience working with the MSPs market
- Proven experience in leading successful messaging, content creation, sales enablement efforts, and product launches
- Demonstrate ability to incorporate AI technologies into product marketing workflows and decision-making
- Strong storytelling, analytical, technical and cross-functional collaboration skills
Not a Must, But a Plus
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (like NIST, ISO, SOC2)
- Experience managing a product marketing team
- Partner enablement experience
- Background in writing or managing technical content
- Familiarity with positioning emerging technologies
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
