About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to partner with our Engineering, Product, Design (EPD), and Sales Engineering (SE) leadership to recruit the best talent and drive world-class candidate experiences.
As our first Technical Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our company and shaping our recruitment function with lots of autonomy and impact. You will report to our Director of People.
This is an in-office opportunity based out of our headquarters in New York City. You'll work from our New York office Monday-Thursday, with the opportunity to WFH on Fridays.
For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this full-time position is between $110,000 - $130,000/year. In addition to cash compensation, Radar offers full-time employees stock option grants under its equity plan. This is a meaningful ownership stake in the company we provide to our employees as we build a category-defining company.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. What you’ll do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across our EPD and SE functions (Note: hiring managers are very involved in recruitment at Radar, and also conduct initial screening calls)
Creatively source and recruit a high volume of exceptional candidates through new channels and talent pools, and under aggressive deadlines
Collaborate with hiring managers on role kick-offs, job descriptions, and interview plans, to ensure alignment on hiring needs and exemplar candidate profiles
Amplify our technical recruiting brand by hosting meetups, attending career fairs, partnering on blog posts, etc.
Partner with our Director of People to build repeatable and scalable processes that optimize for time to hire, quality of hire, and world-class candidate experiences
Provide weekly reports and metrics on sourcing productivity, candidate pipeline, hiring efforts, and progress towards KPIs
You have:
2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a product-driven company, preferably a high-growth startup
Proven track record of sourcing phenomenal technical candidates from entry to senior level
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS software (Ashby, Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, etc.)
Excellent project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple requisitions
Problem solver mentality; can proactively anticipate questions and resolve roadblocks to improve recruitment workflows
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers and candidates
