We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Engineer to transform our processed data into compelling business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making. Working with clean, reliable data provided by our Head of BI and Data Analytics, you will focus on creating intuitive dashboards, advanced analytics, and self-service capabilities that empower business users across the organization. You will integrate AI technologies to enhance analytical insights and automate reporting processes.
Your Responsibilities:
As our BI Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Business Intelligence Development: - Design and develop sophisticated dashboards and reports using enterprise BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Create compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate complex business metrics to diverse audiences
- Build advanced analytics solutions including forecasting, trend analysis, and performance benchmarking
Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements: - Collaborate with business leaders to translate analytical needs into technical BI solutions.
- Lead new BI initiatives by gathering requirements and delivering executive-level presentations with data storytelling.
- Act as the main analytics consultant, providing training and documentation for BI tool usage across departments.
Performance and Governance: - Monitor and optimize BI performance, dashboard speed, and user adoption.
- Develop and enforce BI governance and data standards.
- Maintain clear documentation for all BI solutions and data definitions.
- Ensure all BI reporting is compliant and accessible.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex querying and performance optimization
- Expert proficiency in modern BI platforms with deep knowledge of at least one major tool
- Experience with statistical analysis and understanding of business metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enjoys working with AI and emerging technologies.

The minimum salary is EUR 44,500 gross per year on a Full Time basis. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience. `
