The Lead Sales Enablement Architect, reporting to the Director of Enablement, is the voice of sales within the Enablement team. You define and manage role-based curricula as well as identify process and tool optimizations to support the development of knowledge, skills, and behaviors that contribute to business outcomes. You are not an order taker, but a trusted advisor to the sales organization.
You continuously monitor the learning activities of Citrix sales roles and track growth against the competency framework. You own monitoring enablement efforts based on measurement plans to correlate enablement to seller success and achievement of business outcomes. You provide a strategic perspective on content investment, assuming ownership of the sales learning journey and consistently implement solutions to drive behavior change. You directly oversee and approve the work of a learning production vendor and are accountable for the comprehensive learning experience of your audience in the LMS/CMS.
You have a deep understanding of learning design, program development, implementation & rollout of modern learning experiences. You excel with AI features/functions/embedded learning platforms, stay updated on evolving learning technologies, and keep a pulse on what is new in the sales enablement world. You have successfully delivered advanced sales enablement for both senior sellers and sales managers.
Key Responsibilities
Consult on strategic business initiatives that enhance the success and support sales roles
Act as trusted advisor to sales leaders to identify opportunities, analyze business performance and create strategies to support
Collaborate with enablement team and extended teams to align plans and priorities
Deliver learning content that is engaging, predictive, & outcome focused, minimizing non-sales time, developing a curriculum & learning program in line with skills competency framework.
Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and determine solutions.
Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training materials, continuously monitoring their impact, & refining as needed.
Be the voice of the seller not only with third-party vendors but within the Enablement team and broader Marketing team, to design and develop curricula for effective learning experiences (including SKO), process and tool improvements, and propose feedback loop mechanisms
Ensure frontline managers have the data insights, knowledge and skills to coach and drive team readiness.
Monitor and regularly report on learning engagement, skill growth, program achievement and the business impact of learning initiatives.
Be a problem finder as well as a problem solver.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field with minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years of experience
Experience implementing coaching programs.
Experienced in LMS & CMS management, and program development.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to distil complex information, think creatively, and communicate clearly, concisely, and engagingly to a variety of audiences
Experience in operationalizing role-based competency frameworks
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and comfortable communicating with sales leaders
Strong understanding of program evaluation and learning effectiveness, data fluency.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
NY generally ranges: $126,935-$190,403
CA generally ranges: $132,454-$198,682
All other locations fall under our General State range: $110,378-$165,568
