The Lead Customer Enablement Architect, reporting to the Director of Enablement, is the voice of the customer within the Enablement team. You design and manage customer curricula and certifications to support the development of technical knowledge and skills for Citrix customers, specifically Citrix Administrators and Solution Architects. You are not an order taker, but a trusted advisor.
You focus on meeting the needs of Citrix's enterprise customers while shaping the development of the next generation of Citrix technicians. You have an understanding of Citrix technologies and the business use cases we solve, as well as demonstrated experience designing highly technical learning programs using labs and technical product documentation. You serve as the offering manager for Citrix's technical training offerings, responsible for defining the training roadmap, gathering customer requirements, and ensuring the competitiveness of Citrix's technical training portfolio.
You continuously monitor the learning activities of the audience aiming to identify patterns in the relationship between learning activities, the acquisition of technical skills, and the adoption of Citrix technologies. You collaborate with Marketing Operations and continuously seek patterns to identify which learning activities and content correlate with desired outcomes. You provide a strategic perspective on content investment, assuming full ownership of the customer learning roadmap and consistently implementing solutions to drive Citrix product adoption. You will directly oversee and approve the work of a learning production vendor and are accountable for the comprehensive learning experience of their audience in the LMS/CMS.
You have a deep understanding of learning design, program development, implementation & rollout of modern learning experiences. You excel with AI-embedded learning platforms, stay updated on evolving learning technologies, and keep a pulse on what is new in the technical learning space to keep Citrix's learning offering competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Citrix's technical learning offering addresses the needs of customers at their organizational level, delivering learning programs that allow their business to realize the full value of Citrix solutions and drive the adoption of Citrix products across our customer base.
- Revise, develop and execute technical learning programs for the new generation of technical learners, expanding Citrix knowledge in the marketplace beyond its current footprint.
- Conduct research to deeply understand enterprise customers’ technical training needs and translate these into a technical training roadmap.
- Partner with the Certifications Specialist to develop a technical curriculum, certification program, and learning production roadmap.
- Use modern learning tools and AI to evaluate trends, predict and prescribe technical skill development needs, and create impactful training solutions.
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of technical training materials, continuously monitoring their impact, refining as needed.
- Develop and implement evaluation methodologies to measure learning effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Be the voice of the customer when collaborating within the Enablement team and collaborating cross-functionally to design and develop curricula for effective learning experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align content requirements, execute plans, report on progress, and address challenges.
- Work with third-party vendors to design and develop labs and technical training materials.
- Work closely with Citrix Marketing and customer facing teams on course launch communications and messaging
- Establish and regularly report on learning engagement, skill growth, and the business impact of learning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field with minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and cultivating relationships with technical audiences and enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience designing highly technical learning programs using labs and technical product documentation as well as defining relevant KPIs
- Experience managing learning programs
- Experienced in LMS & CMS management
- Ability to distil complex information, think creatively, and communicate clearly, concisely, and engagingly to a variety of audiences
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong understanding of program evaluation and learning effectiveness, data fluency.
Desired Skills:
- Technical certifications in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Azure, Cloud Computing, Networking, or relevant technical experience a plus.
- Experience using AI-embedded platforms & tools.
- Experience engaging with and presenting to executives.
- Experience working with training & content production vendors.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
NY generally ranges: $126,935-$190,403
CA generally ranges: $132,454-$198,682
All other locations fall under our General State range: $110,378-$165,568
