About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and highly organized Launch Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class software product launches at Genesys. This highly visible role owns the coordination, alignment, and execution of launches that maximize market awareness, accelerate customer adoption, and drive revenue growth.
In addition to managing launches, this role will be responsible for establishing the documentation, frameworks, and repeatable processes that enable consistent, successful product introductions. You’ll ensure every launch is grounded in clear expectations, seamless cross-functional execution, and measurable outcomes.
You’ll work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and other teams to ensure stakeholders are aligned, informed, and ready for launch. Your ability to influence without direct authority, anticipate issues, and keep teams on track will directly determine the success of our go-to-market efforts.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end coordination of multiple product launches, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and business objectives are met.
Drive cross-functional alignment and readiness across Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and other stakeholders.
Provide ongoing communication to leadership and stakeholders, including status updates, risk assessments, and launch readiness reports.
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$85,000.00 - $157,800.00
