We are seeking a visionary Manager of People Operations Programs & Projects to lead strategic initiatives across our global People organization. This role is about more than managing projects—it’s about enabling our People teams to deliver best-in-class employee experiences, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to drive impact.
This role requires in office attendance out of our Menlo Park or Dublin offices.
AS A MANAGER OF PEOPLE OPS PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of program and project managers, guiding strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Optimize and scale global People programs, including Employee Referral, Internal Mobility, New Hire Orientation, and other initiatives, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and impactful.
Partner across the business to identify operational needs, design process improvements, and enhance employee experience across People Operations functions (Recruiting Ops, HR Shared Services, Global Mobility, Compliance, Contingent Workforce).
Implement frameworks and KPIs to measure program effectiveness, using data, feedback, and AI-enabled insights to continuously improve outcomes.
Identify project risks and opportunities, proposing solutions to keep initiatives on track in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Drive adoption of AI tools and emerging technology to automate repetitive processes, streamline workflows, and empower the team to focus on strategic work.
OUR IDEAL MANAGER OF PEOPLE OPS PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS WILL HAVE:
5+ years of program management experience, with 3+ years in a management role, demonstrating a proven ability to build and scale successful global programs while improving existing processes.
Deep understanding of all HR/People functions with a background in HR/People Operations and Recruiting.
Strong understanding of the HR/People technology landscape.
Skilled in change management, process design, and performance evaluation..
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Curious, adaptable, and passionate about leveraging technology to innovate People programs and operations.
