As a Finance Operations Lead, you will manage the design, implementation, and optimization of the technology stack that powers our Finance function. This role is pivotal in bridging Finance and IT, ensuring robust financial systems, seamless integrations with our SaaS platform, and scalable processes that support rapid business growth.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of financial systems (ERP, billing, revenue recognition, reporting tools, etc.), champion automation and process efficiency, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited to build, improve, and future-proof finance systems in a dynamic scale-up environment.You will report to our Head of Finance, belong to the Finance Department and will lead a current team of 2 employees.

What Will You do:- Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of key finance systems such as ERP (e.g., NetSuite), billing & subscription management, expense management, and procurement tools.
- Ensure accurate integration between billing systems, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and ERP for revenue recognition and reporting.
- Develop a holistic financial system architecture ensuring our financial processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, Record-to-report) are aligned with Pigment's strategic objectives and growth stage
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting, month-end close, and compliance processes.
- Own data flows between finance, product, and analytics tools to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls and audit-ready documentation.
- Serve as the bridge between Finance, IT, Engineering, GTM and Business Operations.
- Provide training, support, and documentation on Finance Systems (tools and process) to end users across the organization.
Who You Are:- You have 10+ years experience in Finance project management, and/or a similar role acquired in a consulting firm and/or within a finance department in an international environment
- Proven experience in delivering complex financial projects
- Strong understanding of system integrations (API-driven workflows, middleware, data pipelines)
- Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable : You are able to run multiple projects simultaneously and manage your deadlines
- Great communications skills
- Fluent English : Our day to day language is English and you will interact daily with English speaking stakeholders.
