| Team Services Assistant (Manager & GM–VP Support) |
Role Overview: The Team Services Assistant provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Team Services Manager and GM–VP. This role ensures smooth day-to-day execution of departmental tasks, helps manage communication with internal and external partners, and contributes to maintaining service levels with Clubs, Leagues, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: - Scheduling, agendas, documentation, and departmental calendar support. - Order/inventory tracking, jersey stock monitoring, and fabric/component updates. - Cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning. - Travel coordination for events (Spring Training, Winter Meetings, club visits). - Expense reconciliation for Manager and GM–VP. - Support departmental projects and initiatives.
Qualifications: - 1–3 years admin/ops/customer service experience. - Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; expense management tools preferred. - Willingness to travel occasionally. |
