Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel marketing, a creative mindset, and excellent communication skills. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue through our channel partners.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing team and the Channel team to develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing campaigns and programs.
- Collaborate with channel partners to understand their marketing needs, provide guidance, and assist in the execution of joint marketing activities and enhance sales efforts.
- Assist in developing and maintaining channel marketing communication channels, including partner centre, newsletters, and webinars.
- You will support creating and executing localized ‘campaigns-in-a-box’ to assure broad channel coverage providing channel partners with a ‘menu’ of options to execute their MDF.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in channel marketing to identify new growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of executing successful channel or membership marketing campaigns that resulted in increased partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Understanding of channel partner dynamics and experience in managing relationships with distributors, resellers, and MSPs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Channel marketing experience desirable
- Home-based role, 30% of international travel
