We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face behind our full recruitment lifecycle—ensuring every candidate and new hire has a seamless, engaging experience from the first hello to a successful integration into our CorePlan Crew.
🛠 Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment cycle—from posting jobs and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and collecting feedback
Work closely with hiring managers to shape effective recruitment strategies
Conduct initial phone screenings and background checks
Maintain recruitment records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Plan and run engaging onboarding sessions, including preparing documentation, setting up IT and workspaces, and introducing new hires to the team
Oversee offboarding processes like exit interviews and equipment returns
🙌 Qualifications and Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years’ experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with care
