About the opportunity
We are seeking a Manager to the Agile Solutions Team to lead a team of solutions analysts who leverage agile tools usage and drive adoption of Atlassian tools across a wide range of teams at N26. The team is integral to track the progress of teams’ work in order to manage work for a scaled product development and regulated environment. This technical leadership role involves ownership of a critical work management tool in N26 and interacts with a diverse group of teams, functions & stakeholders with varying degrees of expertise.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for our 6 people Agile solutions team
Be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management, etc.) for all of N26
Act as the business owner of our Atlassian suite and manage our partnership with the vendor
Own and track objectives and initiatives that contribute to company goals
Understand why a workflow management solution at N26 is needed to meet business needs about business needs and
Offer and implement workflow improvements and automations within the company based on business value
Manage initiatives end to end with your team, take stakeholder briefs, understand problems & opportunities and be confident in providing technical long-lasting solutions
Ensure compliance of our applied Atlassian solution
Stay informed about the needs of N26 & its users and tailor the offering of your tool suite accordingly - prioritising by business need
Drive the adoption of Atlassian solutions in the company
Innovate and research the market for opportunities and continuously improve how we use atlassian solutions and best leverage plug ins
Provide training and guidelines around the use of our Atlassian tools as well as creating required documentation for end users
Become part of a cross-functional leadership team in Product, Tech and UX (PTX) Operations
What you need to be successful:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Atlassian suite with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence applications
Excellent JQL knowledge plus vast knowledge of available plugins to enhance our systems
A technical expert with the whole suite of tools including leading teams through complex technical initiatives
People leadership & people development experience
Project or Program management experience is a huge bonus
Very familiar with agile ways of working - prior work experience in a respective role is a big plus
You are comfortable handling tool & regulatory compliance
You are an excellent communicator, facilitator and trainer; fluent in English; exceptional written, verbal, and in-person presentation skills
