Growth Marketing Director (m/f/d)
To meet our ambitious growth targets, Moonfare is seeking a Marketing Director to radically evolve and scale our approach to customer acquisition and engagement. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will be instrumental in navigating a changing landscape as our unique products become accessible to a much broader addressable audience whilst maintaining the strength of our premium brand proposition.
This is a unique opportunity for a world-class growth leader to capitalise on a shifting macroeconomic environment and play a pivotal role in transforming how Moonfare acquires, engages, and retains customers to maximise lifetime value.
You will:
- Own Moonfare’s growth objectives, including all acquisition and activation channels, content/PR, CRM, events, and fund marketing
- Understand and effectively leverage B2B channels to educate and convert a highly targeted audience of HNWIs and family offices
- Ensure customers are acquired profitably, maintaining a healthy CAC:LTV ratio
- Develop and coach a high-performing team focused on growth initiatives that clearly communicate core marketing messages and support Moonfare’s ambitious growth goals
- Use a multichannel approach to lead campaign and growth planning cycles, clearly defining the commercial impact of each channel investment
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to set up and run sessions that foster a culture of continuous, hypothesis-driven learning across ads, landing pages, and other key growth areas to improve CAC

- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the private equity landscape, evolving customer needs, competitor activity, and broader market opportunities
- Work in close partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer to define the strategy for scaling the business across key target segments and international markets
- Collaborate seamlessly with and the CEO and Executive team, obtaining the correct balance between driving the marketing agenda and doing what is right for the business

- Gains buy-in from functional leaders to mobilise change, overcome challenges, cultivate collaboration, and build cross-functional enthusiasm around the growth journey
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and is a naturally confident spokesperson with the ability to build lasting relationships internally and externally
- Is a pragmatic operator who can demonstrate empathy for the business, beyond simply numerical key performance indicators
- Is able to leverage digital channels to build communities and access new audiences
