Snowflake’s EMEA VC and Startup Programs Manager is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive strategy to elevate Snowflake's brand among early-stage startups, venture capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) firms. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage key partnerships, and oversee startup-focused events to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. This role will directly partner with the Startup Program team and the Commercial team to design and deliver campaigns that support broader Commercial segment priorities and as a result this person may also support wider commercial segment campaigns.
You will manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from strategy development and execution to performance analysis and optimisation. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration across Snowflake’s Marketing, Sales, and Startup Program teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for the startup ecosystem, capable of building programs from the ground up and iterating based on results
What You’ll Do:
Build the EMEA Startup Marketing Strategy with the goal of increasing awareness of Snowflake as a platform for early-stage startups in collaboration with the Snowflake Startup Program team and the Commercial sales org.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, email marketing, content marketing, social media and third party paid partnerships.
Event management - Lead the planning and execution of Snowflake-owned startup events, including networking sessions, roundtables, and executive dinners. Work closely with the Strategic Events team to support startup focused events including Slush.
Drive impactful partnerships and co-marketing Initiatives by collaborating with VC and PE partners on co-marketing efforts. And, be responsible for executing and growing Snowflake’s partnership with Station F.
Reporting and Performance Analysis: Use analytics and marketing technology platforms to track and report on campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement in ROI.
What You’ll Have:
5+ years of experience in marketing or startup ecosystem engagement
Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, and ON24.
Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling messaging for digital campaigns, thought leadership, and event promotion.
Experience planning, promoting, and executing campaigns tailored to startup and VC audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
Passion for the startup ecosystem and experience working closely with founders, investors, and tech innovators.
There may be future requirements for candidates to travel as needed in alignment with strategic priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience marketing to startups, VCs, or accelerators.
Understanding of cloud technology, data platforms, and SaaS business models.
Familiarity with best practices for engaging early-stage companies.
