The Role:
With strong early traction in the U.S., we’re now expanding into Europe and looking for a founding sales hire to lead the charge. We’re seeking a sharp, motivated Account Executive to drive new business across Europe. Based in London, Frankfurt, or Zurich, you’ll be our boots on the ground—selling to hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and wealth management firms across the region. This is a pure hunter role and an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong early track record in SaaS sales who is ready to step into a high-impact position with real ownership.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across key financial centers in the EU.
- Target and win new logos across hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and wealth managers.
- Deliver high-impact demos and ROI-based proposals tailored to procurement, legal, and finance stakeholders.
- Partner closely with our Head of Sales, CMO, Product team, and CEO to refine go-to-market strategy and positioning.
- Represent PostSig at industry events, in-person meetings, and conferences across Europe.
- Build a pipeline and exceed ARR targets while helping establish a repeatable, scalable sales motion.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of total experience, including 1–2 years in a quota-carrying AE role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong familiarity with the capital markets ecosystem, including asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, and wealth managers.
- Experience at companies like Addepar, FactSet, AlphaSense, or similar is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages such as German or French are a plus).
- Familiarity with modern sales and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.
- Comfortable managing a wide territory with frequent travel.
- Consultative, driven, and excited to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching or scaling a SaaS product in a new region.
- Understanding of data vendor contracts, procurement workflows, or EU-specific regulatory frameworks like DORA.
