Inhabit, the industry leader in SaaS PropertyTech, is seeking (Sr.) Director, Sales Operations, who
will manage a team of operational managers, analysts, and specialists responsible for driving
operational excellence, scaling processes, and leveraging data insights to achieve divisional sales
and marketing objectives. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to
align on strategic goals and ensure the Sales and Marketing organizations to achieve annual and
quarterly objectives through best-in-class execution.
The right candidate will possess a strategic mindset that will be able provide thought leadership
across functional areas of the organization the efficient and effective deployment of sales and sales
support staff.
Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Manage a team of operations analysts and specialists supporting the following areas.
• Process and Policy Design & Controls: Design and enforce the policies and processes that ensure rep performance, reporting efficiencies, and deal integrity.
• GTM Reporting & Analysis: Build, analyze, and report on the metrics the sales and marketing org monitors on a standard cadence to maintain trajectory toward demand generation, pipeline velocity, bookings, and other key performance indicators.
• Tech Stack Optimization: Partner with the CIO organization to optimize the accuracy and performance of current and future components of the GTM technology stack. These include, but are limited to, CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, and
Commissions Automation platforms.
• Commissions Design and Administration: Support sales and executive leadership in the design and administration of variable compensation plans from SVP to IC level on both an annual and quarterly basis.
• Sales Enablement: Provide the sales and success organizations with the information,
content, and tools needed to hit pipeline and bookings targets.
• Strategy & Planning: Partner with FP&A and divisional leadership to drive annual (and adhoc) planning activities that align annual/quarterly bookings targets with the resources and org design needed to hit those targets.
