Responsibilities:
- Works to achieve operational targets with major impact on the departmental results.
- Responsible for management of tax compliance for a portfolio of international entities
- Preparation and review of CIT returns, advance tax computations.
- Tax accounting, including tax provisioning and deferred tax accounting
- Support to other tax compliance requirements like transfer pricing reports, CbCR. Pillar2.
- Leading income tax audits, assessments, appeals and other notice received from the government authorities.
- Responsible for tax accounts reconciliations in BlackLine for the portfolio of countries
- Acquisitions integration management.
- Legal entity management from tax perspective – liquidations, mergers, strike offs, closing returns.
- Assist and lead leading edge projects initiatives from tax and systems perspective.
- Providing guidance to other functions for the expertise area.
- Leading continuous improvements process initiatives.

Experience:
- Bachelor/master’s degree with major in finance-tax, CA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA or with 5 years of experience, Irish expertise a plus
- Strong tax, accounting and analytical skills
- Computer skills: proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and G Suite
- Strong ERP experience- Oracle experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask
