We are looking for talented and competitive Business Development folks for our enterprise business team. You would primarily work in acquiring new clients for our early career hiring solution, apna canvas, understanding their hiring challenges and pitching contests/ hiring engagements as a way to solve for their hiring problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new enterprise clients by understanding their hiring challenges and employer branding needs.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding business with existing clients
- Generate qualified leads through referrals, outbound outreach, social media, and networking
- Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Act as a brand ambassador for apna’s ecosystem of products and services
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales (HRTech experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage and grow large enterprise accounts (past experience in managing Fortune 500 companies is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with senior leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
- Experience across the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closure
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
