Genesys is looking for a dynamic and creative Sr. Video Creative who brings together expert-level video editing and motion design skills with solid hands-on experience in video production. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in post-production but can also lead and support in-studio and on-location filming. The ideal time split for this role is 70% post-production and 30% production.
As a key member of the Creative team, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact video content through editing, motion graphics, and animation, while also leading small to mid-sized shoots and contributing to our in-studio video capabilities. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to create a wide range of content including promotional videos, webinars, demos, and social-first content—all tailored to drive engagement and elevate the Genesys brand.
Lead editing and motion design work across multiple video projects using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and other tools.
Maintain quality control, ensuring final deliverables are polished, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
Experience directing and filming in-studio and on-location, with knowledge of lighting, camera setups, and audio capture.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a creatively-driven video specialist who loves bringing stories to life through a blend of high-end post-production and thoughtful, efficient production work.
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$74,600.00 - $138,400.00
