We are continuing to build out a Treasury function that can support our rapidly growing global organization. This is a high impact opportunity to develop treasury systems and processes to support explosive international growth. The Treasury Analyst will be a key member of our Treasury operations team responsible for banking, cash management, intercompany settlements and netting, cash planning and forecasting and credit card programs.
What you will do:
Cash Management:
Monitor and manage cash position for international operations
Prepare cash forecast. Collect funding requirements from local finance teams in APAC and EMEA regions to support direct cash forecast process.
Investigate variances and identify deficiencies in process to improve the forecasting
Interface with internal business partners including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Collections, Payroll, Tax and IT teams
Supporting corporate credit card programs
Support intercompany transfer pricing and capital structure transactions
Reporting:
Provide financial analysis and other ad hoc financial forecasting and modeling support for projects such as interest income forecasting and bank fee analysis
Interface with accounting for month-end close, cash general ledgers, journal entry differences and general troubleshooting
Banking:
Negotiate and complete KYC requests and other legal documentation as required for new and existing bank accounts
Support domestic and international banking relationships for cash and Treasury management services. Research and implement best-in-class banking products and services while striving for bank fee optimization
Manage user access on Treasury and banking systems
Treasury Platform:
Collaborate with India finance team to assess and implement the latest/best-in-class Treasury technologies – focusing on automation and transformation of redundant activities.
Assist in Treasury control procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong control environment
Ensure compliance with SOX controls, FATCA, anti-money laundering regulations, and other rules governing cash transactions and banking
What you will need
Academic Credentials
Degree in accounting and/or Finance
CA, CS, CFA and additional Charters will be given preference
