About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our fast-moving, cross-functional group focused on driving customer acquisition, activation, and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of the Growth Acquisition & Expansion, Notifications and Sales tools teams, helping turn strategy into execution by operationalizing experiments, streamlining internal tools, and enabling product-led growth at scale. You’ll work closely with product managers, marketers, data analysts, and sales teams to ensure smooth rollouts, track performance of A/B tests, and uncover insights that drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Your mission is to help deliver a frictionless customer journey—from first touch to product adoption and expansion—by improving time-to-value, enabling personalization at scale, and supporting data-driven decisions. Whether it's launching in-product onboarding flows, supporting lifecycle campaigns, or coordinating compliance intelligence tools, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our growth strategies are executed flawlessly and continuously optimized for impact. About the Teams
Growth Team
The Growth team plays a critical role in driving the company’s top-line performance by focusing on lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives. Operating at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, the team is tasked with uncovering scalable revenue opportunities and optimizing customer acquisition strategies. We're seeking a strategic, product-minded operator who can uncover insights, connect cross-functional dots, and help us unlock our next phase of revenue growth.
Notifications Team
The Notifications team is responsible for ensuring seamless, impactful communication with our users across multiple channels, with a primary focus on email delivery. This team owns and optimizes the internal delivery infrastructure that powers our outbound communications, striving to deliver the right message at the right time with exceptional reliability and user experience. A key partner to both product and customer engagement functions, the team governs the effectiveness of our messaging strategy. This is a foundational function that enables us to maintain strong, value-driven connections with our user base.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Team
The Go-to-Market team empowers our Sales organization to operate with speed, precision, and confidence. By centralizing key operational workflows and maintaining our cutting-edge demo environment, the GTM team enables Sales to focus on what they do best—converting leads into long-term customers. They ensure our frontline teams are equipped with the tools, insights, and streamlined processes they need to deliver impactful client experiences and compelling product walkthroughs.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Product Operations Manger, you will:
Lead large-scale cross-functional projects focused on product improvement, innovation, and enhancing user experience.
Collect, quantify, and prioritize product-related challenges for consideration by our product and engineering teams in future development.
Seek information and contribute to the building and shaping of our product, solving conceptual problems along the way.
Drive major company launches and global rollouts, ensuring successful product deployments.
Dive deep into data and analyze user feedback to derive insights that drive continuous product improvements.
Identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions to address them.
Design and implement complex operational systems and processes to optimize product operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a closely related operational role working closely with product and engineering teams.
Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their various use cases.
Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements.
Ability to empathize with user problems, understanding pain points and needs to effectively shape product decisions.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
General technical knowledge of software development processes and systems (experience in designing and building payment systems is a significant advantage).
Proficiency with BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and excellent presentation skills.
