The Treasury team drives the strategic management of our financial resources, playing a pivotal role in supporting our growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
About the Role
As a Director of Treasury, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily treasury operations and driving strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing our global cash position, scaling our investment and FX risk management programs, and will be instrumental in enhancing Treasury infrastructure through enterprise Treasury Management Systems Treasury Management System (TMS) capabilities.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:
Lead daily treasury operations including cash positioning, forecasting, and bank account administration across multiple entities.
Ensure effective liquidity management and optimize working capital usage.
Monitor and report on short-term investment positions, flows, and cash balances.
Design and maintain fixed-income SMA (Separately Managed Account) investment frameworks that balance yield, liquidity, and risk.
Develop and execute FX hedging strategies to manage global currency exposure.
Oversee implementation and continuous optimization of TMS modules, with emphasis on cash forecasting and automation.
Serve as a key partner to Strategic Finance, Accounting, and Legal to support capital structure decisions and intercompany funding strategies.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
10+ years of progressive treasury experience in areas such as cash management, investment management, FX risk management, and capital markets.
Demonstrated success leading Treasury functions in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Significant experience managing multi-billion-dollar cash and investment portfolios.
Expertise in developing FX hedging strategies and navigating global banking infrastructure.
Proven track record of building Treasury frameworks from the ground up, including investment policy design, counterparty risk frameworks, and liquidity planning.
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, FXall, Clearwater Analytics, and enterprise TMS solutions.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with senior leadership and external financial partners.
