About the role:
As a specialist in B2B growth, you’ll drive the strategies that convert users and prospects to business customers, rigorously test them, and scale what works. You’ll focus on optimizing our conversion funnels across all self-serve entry points and bringing a global perspective to match our global business. You play a vital role at the intersection of GTM, Product, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Engineering - reimagining self-service in the age of AI.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will be:
Responsible for ChatGPT Team conversion in partnership with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data Science.
Design and execute in and out of-product upsell experiments
Architect a self-serve free-trial motion, and own trial conversion.
Partner with Leverage Engineering and GTM Labs to run assist & automation experiments to inform self-serve improvements.
Optimize our conversion funnels for global markets.
Relentless focus on improving our conversion funnel metrics.
Drive “understand” work to uncover trends in our self-serve business and then lead programs to drive step changes.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 5+ years product-led growth experience in SaaS - ideally in high growth, global companies.
Growth funnel expertise: deeply understand acquisition to activation and have a track record of measurable impact.
Experimentation expertise: comfortable designing, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.
Strong with stakeholder management: can work autonomously with product and GTM leaders.
Global perspective: you have experience optimizing self-serve conversion at a global scale.
Strong roadmap and product sense: can context switch between detailed work and high level strategy/vision, ability to PM basic initiatives end to end.
Customer centricity: to make reasonable product recommendations and have customer at center of decisions.
Solid analytical skills: comfort with SQL (or ability to work closely with data teams).
Exec comms: can work autonomously with senior leaders to present recommendations and facilitate highest level decisions.
