About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Partner Operations Manager. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining operations within Builder.ai’s hyperscaler partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient processes. This includes managing partner operational relationships, developing operational success plans, and driving continuous improvement in partner interactions. Experience of major cloud providers is essential (Google or Microsoft). The role involves identifying and addressing operational challenges, negotiating changes with partners and internal teams, and analyzing performance to identify areas for enhancement, focusing on integration and alignment with hyperscaler programs.
You'll be responsible for
- Hyperscaler Relationship Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for a hyperscaler partner ensuring seamless functioning of services, and aligning with their specific operational requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational success plans tailored to hyperscaler partnerships, drive strategic improvements based on data analysis of hyperscaler performance, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and objectives within the hyperscaler ecosystem.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational friction points in hyperscaler integrations, lead negotiations for process changes specific to these partnerships, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability within the hyperscaler and Builder.ai frameworks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze hyperscaler partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights specific to hyperscaler metrics to support decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with hyperscaler partners, product teams, engineers, and other internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals and ensure alignment with hyperscaler technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvements specific to hyperscaler operations, conduct root cause analysis of hyperscaler-related issues, and contribute to the overall scalability of the Hyperscaler Partner Operations team.
- Financial Operations: May be involved in reviewing hyperscaler partner agreements, auditing financial transactions related to hyperscaler partnerships or marketplaces, and ensuring compliance with financial terms of hyperscaler contracts.
- Enablement: Orchestration of partner onboarding and training to align to pre existing Builder University training plans. Knowledge of PRM tools would be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems: Familiarity with Google Cloud, and Azure platforms and services.
- Experience with PRM tools and automation platforms: Knowledge of partner relationship management tools and automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with partners and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Project management skills: Experience in managing projects, setting goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate agreements and build strong relationships with partners.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve partner operations.
