About the Role:
CrowdStrike’s Privacy & Public Policy (P&PP) team leads a broad array of privacy initiatives at the company and manages relationships with a growing network of policy-oriented stakeholders. This includes government entities, public-private partnerships, and NGO/private partner organizations–including think tanks, academic institutions, trade groups/associations, etc. We’re seeking an intern with demonstrated interest in privacy/public policy who can support the team on all aspects of its mission.
The candidate must be a highly-organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment; be able to both take initiative and follow directions; be able to operate independently and across distributed teams; and successfully build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Research US and global cybersecurity and privacy laws
Draft white papers and internal guidance on legal and policy developments
Draft public comments related to cybersecurity
Track legislative developments related to privacy and cybersecurity
Identify opportunities for public comment periods
Create presentations on relevant technology topics
Prepare background briefing documents
What You’ll Need:
Currently enrolled in a 4-year University working towards a J.D. degree graduating between May 2026 - August2027.
Strong research and writing skills
