Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales Development Representative fluent in English and Spanish. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base and ensuring our services effectively reach and support Spanish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound communications in both English and Spanish.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities, understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Articulate BasicBlock's value proposition clearly to diverse audiences.
- Utilize CRM tools (i.e., HubSpot) to track interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
