💼 The Role

We're on the lookout for a detail-driven Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join our small but mighty Finance team.

From reconciliations and trade accounts to payroll and month-end, you’ll be hands-on across key financial functions—and have opportunities to streamline and improve processes along the way.

📋 What You’ll Do

Reconcile bank accounts, match transactions, spot discrepancies
Manage payables and receivables, issue invoices, chase overdue payments
Run payroll for local and international teams, update employee records
Post journal entries, month-end closing, support month-end reporting
Jump into finance tasks as needed, support the team across projects

✅ What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2–3 years in accounts (SaasS experience a plus!)
Experience in accounts receivable, payroll and month-end closing
Proficiency in Xero and Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
