What you'll bring with you- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on growth and learning.
- High emotional intelligence, clear communication, and people leadership.
- Proven ability to foster inclusive, values-driven team culture.
- Solid understanding of engineering standards and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience leading teams in Agile environments, ideally within digital product or SaaS.
- Strong collaboration, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
