What will you do at Sweep?
We’re looking for a scrappy, results-driven
Field Marketing Manager to lead programs that directly drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and grow customer relationships. You’ll own strategy and execution across in-person field events, virtual experiences, webinars, and trade shows bringing our brand to life where it matters most: with buyers.
This role is a mix of high-level planning and tactical execution. You’ll partner closely with leadership and sales to run standout programs that move the needle.
- Own the full lifecycle of field and event programs: strategy, planning, execution, and ROI tracking.
- Run webinars from end to end—from topics and speaker coordination to promotion, hosting, and follow-up.
- Design and execute demand-driving activations in partnership with sales: regional events, executive dinners, and customer meetups.
- Coordinate company presence at third-party trade shows and conferences, including sponsorships and booth logistics.
- Manage logistics: venue sourcing, speaker prep, booth design, swag, vendors, and more.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure tight messaging and strong content across all event and webinar formats.
- Drive pre- and post-event engagement plans with BDRs and sales to maximize attendance and follow-up impact.
- Track performance and ROI, report on pipeline influence and lead quality, and optimize future programs.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, and webinars, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Proven ability to plan and run webinars that generate qualified leads and influence pipeline.
- Experience managing in-person events of all sizes, executive dinners to major conferences.
- Strong understanding of sales alignment and regional GTM support.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at juggling multiple projects at once.
- Skilled communicator with a “get it done” mindset.
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce and Zoom Webinar.

Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This is a hybrid position based in our New York City office, offering flexibility while ensuring in-person collaboration with our team.
The OTE for this Field Marketing Manager role is $120,000–$140,000 per year.
