About the Role
As a Senior Windows Engineer, you will be joining an elite team of technical powerhouses within our Keeper Dev team. Play a pivotal role designing, developing and maintaining our Privileged Access Management platform for end-user devices using C++ or Rust technology along with Windows APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet both user and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
- Utilize programming languages and technologies such as C++, Rust and Windows APIs
- Balance multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of developed code
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and security
- Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation
- 5+ years of professional experience in Windows development
- Strong proficiency in C++/C++11/C++17, with fair knowledge of the language specification
- Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions, such as friend class
- Solid understanding of low level Windows APIs, code injection, process hollowing and API hooking
- Familiar with Socket Programming or Network Communications
- Knowledge of security practices in coding and principles of encryption
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Due to this role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a "US Person"
