Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary
At OneStream, our ServiceNow platform team plays a crucial role in enabling our customers and internal users. As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be a key member of this team. You will work closely with your team and clients across the organization to lead both the technical and creative aspects of design. You will be responsible for the creation and modification of catalog items, workflows, scripts, integrations, and other applications. In addition, you will aid in the establishment of standards and processes related to the platform and serve as a point of escalation for support of the platform.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of complex, large-scale development initiatives that span multiple internal teams and multiple development cycles.
- Design, develop and maintain catalog items used to optimize customer experience and support critical business processes.
- Develop workflows, flows, business rules, and other scripts, as well as lead platform development activities, like portal and workspace design and development.
- Implement automation capabilities or practices that improve administration and reduce manual efforts.
- Assist in the QA activities associated with platform modifications, upgrades, and feature releases.
- Facilitate meetings with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Build reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to improve operational visibility for IT Leadership, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Serve as a point of escalation for triaging issues and ensuring the stability of the ServiceNow platform.
- Remain current on platform and industry best practices and standards through on-going research of ServiceNow product documentation, training, webinars, community forums, and peer conferences.
- Partner with peers to establish platform best practices and development standards.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. May be satisfied with commensurate experience.
- 3+ years supporting and administering the ServiceNow platform, with experience across multiple applications (ITSM, CMDB, CSM, WSD, etc.)
- 2+ years of developing on the ServiceNow Platform, with experience using Flow Designer, UI Builder and App Engine.
- 2+ years of developing using JavaScript, web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, REST/SOAP.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
Preferred Education and Experience
- ServiceNow Developer Certification preferred.
- ITIL v4 or v4 Certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow development and administration best practices.
- Experience developing solutions and experiences using ServiceNow Application Development technologies, such as App Engine, Studio, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
- Experience developing within ServiceNow workspaces.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, REST/SOAP.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and other core platform functions.
- Experience with OneStream Software not required.
